Terms of service

Last updated

These terms cover your use of Serene Resolve, the support desk and AI agent at sereneresolve.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business’s behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you give access to. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.

Plans and payment

Our plans and prices are listed on our home page. You pay for the plan you choose. If we change the price of your plan, we’ll tell you before it applies to you.

Your content

The conversations, tickets, answers and files you put into Serene Resolve stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you, as our privacy policy describes. You’re responsible for having the right to send us that content.

The AI agent

The AI agent can make mistakes. You choose how it works for each brand: in shadow mode it only drafts replies for your team to review, and in live mode it can reply on its own. Some topics, such as refunds, legal threats and anything involving children, always go to a person, and you can add your own. Check its work, and keep it in shadow mode until you’re happy with it.

Fair use

Don’t use Serene Resolve to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, spread malware, or get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours. Don’t try to get around its limits or its security, and don’t resell it without our written agreement.

Keeping the service running

We work to keep Serene Resolve available and to fix problems quickly, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Our status page lists its parts.

Ending the service

You can stop using Serene Resolve and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and we’ll tell you why unless the law stops us. Ask us for an export of your data before you close your account.

Limits on our responsibility

Serene Resolve is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and tell account owners about changes that matter. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
